Terms & Conditions

1. You, the customer, agree that you are the legal registered owner of this vehicle and have authority to enter into this Agreement or have been authorized by the legal owner of the vehicle(s) to enter into this Agreement.
2. Prices given are for running vehicles unless otherwise noted as inoperable. If your vehicle(s) is inoperable or is oversized please inquire as to extra charges. If carrier is not advised of inoperable or oversized vehicles prior to pick up, all extra charges must be paid in cash, certified check or money order at the time of delivery. Vehicles must be tendered to carrier in good running condition (unless otherwise noted) with no more than a half tank of fuel (prefer 1/4 tank).
3. All vehicles represented on order do not have additional effects such as low clearance, roll and or light bars, camper top, or pick up truck shell, extended body or roof line, over sized tires, lift kits or lowered suspension.  All modifications must be noted by the reservation department and it may affect the price.  Any misrepresentations of vehicle(s) will terminate this order and the cancellation fee will be applied.
4. The trunk of the car may be filled up to 70-100 pounds with soft goods only. No items may be packed in the front or back seats of the vehicle(s). No electronic equipment, valuables, plants, live pets, alcohol, drugs or firearms, may be left in the vehicle. Customer shall remove all non-permanent outside mounted luggage and other racks prior to shipment. Carrier will not be liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing, exhaust systems, fog lights, or antennas not tied down.  Carrier is not liable for personal items left in vehicle, or for damage caused to vehicle from excessive or improper loading of personal items.
5. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. does not agree to pay for your rental of a vehicle in the event of a late delivery, nor shall it be liable for failure of mechanical or operating parts of your vehicle.
6. The customer is responsible to have their car ready for shipping. If the carrier assigned arrives to pick up the vehicle and discovers that the vehicle is inoperable, a $175.00 fee will be charged assuming the current carrier is still able to load the vehicle. If the carrier is not equipped to load an inoperable vehicle, both the inoperable fee and rescheduling fee of $100 may apply. If the order must be rescheduled, a new price quote may need to be provided as the original quoted price may no longer be valid.
7. The customer is responsible to completely disarm the alarm system, unless it is a factory alarm.
8. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. does not guarantee transport by any specific driver/carrier. Primary Insurance for your vehicle(s) is provided by the carrier assigned to your move. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc., a broker, is restricted by law from providing Primary Insurance for your move.
9. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. will not be responsible for vandalism, acts of god (fire, flooding, hail, sand, storm, tornadoes, and earthquakes) or objects flying from the road or sky during transport. Customer should maintain their own insurance for these reasons.
10. The customer agrees that their insurance will be primary only for damages caused by acts of god.  All claims will be settled at actual cost.
11. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. shall not be responsible and will not be held liable for any damages caused by the carrier assigned to transport your vehicle.
12. In the event that damage is caused to the vehicle(s), it must be noted at the time of delivery and the driver must sign the inspection report. No claim will be honored without the driver signature. Additionally, customer must submit in writing a description of damage, clear pictures, and 2 estimates within ten (10) days of receipt of said vehicle directly to the designated carrier for any resolution to be initiated. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. will not accept responsibility for any negligence of the assigned carrier. Allegiance Auto Shipping will however assist in any way possible to resolve claim issues with the carrier.  If your vehicle is valued at a higher than market rate, you should purchase a special insurance rider.
13. Allegiance Auto Shipping offers several types of services including but not limited to: Expedited services and Economical services, Enclosed Transports and International Transport.  Prices may vary depending on the type of service chosen. Expedited services require an additional fee. Prices may vary/fluctuate based on current market prices.
14. If customer chooses to expedite an order and carrier does not arrive on the specified date listed on the contract, the customer may request a refund in the amount of the expedited fee, given that the date arrived is after the guaranteed pick up date. The deposit however, will not be refunded. Due to many variables which cannot be controlled, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
15. All prices given for international transports arriving in designated foreign country will be for door to port transport unless otherwise noted.
16. The carrier will inform the customer prior to pick up or delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to have the full payment at that time in the form of cash, cashier's check or bank or postal money order only, unless prior arrangements are made with your sales representative. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. or its Agents do not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date. Many variables determine these dates such as, traffic, weather, drop off points along the delivery route, etc. As a licensed broker, Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. reserves the right to assign this estimate to one of our agents. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. works solely with agents who are certified, bonded and insured.  If we are unable to assign this job to a carrier within fourteen (14) business days of the date of receipt of this contract or your scheduled pick up date (whichever is later), you may request a refund of your deposit less a 5% processing fee.  All cancellation requests must be in writing. Any refunds will be credited to the card that was used for payment within ten (10) days. Any cancelled order before the first available ship date or within fourteen (14) business days of the first available pick up date is subject to a cancellation fee of $150.00 per vehicle.  Any cancelled order less than 72 hours prior to pick up date may incur a fee of $100.00.
17. Deposit is due upon reservation. By providing your credit card information over the telephone to a sales representative, you are authorizing Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. to charge your card the said deposit amount. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your vehicle(s) and may be paid by cash, cashier's check or bank or postal money order only unless prior arrangements are made with a representative from Allegiance Auto Shipping. Customer understands and agrees that if payment is not ready at the time of delivery, the car will be placed in storage at the customer's expense.
18. All payments are non-refundable once Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. assigns this job to a carrier. Once Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. assigns this transport to a carrier, the full deposit may be retained and considered earned by Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc.  All payments are non-refundable once an order is placed unless we are unable to assign a carrier within fourteen (14) business days of the customer's first available shipping date. If an order is cancelled before the first available ship date, all payments are not refundable. If the customer’s vehicle information is posted on the central board by another company after the order has been placed with Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc., the deposit will be forfeited and the order will be cancelled.
19. Customer warrants that he will pay the price quoted due to Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. for delivered vehicles, and will not seek to charge back a credit card or stop a check to offset any dispute for damage claims or any other reason.
20. Transporters will get as close to your door as possible for the pickup and delivery of your vehicle(s). If, for safety reasons they are not able to do so, they will ask you to meet them at a safe location to perform their duties. Customer or his agent, who has been identified in writing to Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc., shall be present at the point of pick up or delivery. If customer or his authorized agent is not present at the time of delivery, the vehicle(s) will be placed in storage at the customer's expense.
21. Any refusal of allowing Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. and or the contract carrier to provide its services or any vehicle that is not prepared for pick up on the scheduled date will cause the customer to forfeit the deposit and the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used for the initial payment. If the customer chooses to continue with the order, a rescheduling fee of $100.00 will be charged in addition to the deposit already paid.
22. This is a binding contract. By either submitting your order online, sending us your order by fax or by email, Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. understands you are placing your order and accept the terms and conditions (in lieu of your signature) found here and on Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc.'s web site. You consent to the listed charges and agree that you have read and consent to the terms listed above. This supersedes all prior written or oral representation of Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. and constitutes the entire agreement between customer and Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. and may not be changed except in writing signed by an officer of Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. You understand that you are hiring Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. as an agent on your behalf to locate an auto transport company to relocate your vehicle(s) and will not hold Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. liable for delays, damages and or acts of god.  This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.  The parties further agree that any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Broward County, Florida.  You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any and all defenses based on lack of personal jurisdiction.  Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. can only be liable for up to the amount of the deposit located on your quotation. In no case can Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. be held liable for the designated carrier's damage. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc. will provide carriers insurance certificate and carrier information should any controversy arise.
23. Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc.'s U.S. Department of Transportation Broker's License number is 596151 and is bonded and insured through Pacific Financial Association.
